There was a complication with our cat's recent surgery (could not be helped as it was the result of an unknown allergy), and they have provided amazing follow up care at no further expense to us. Definitely recommend this to any and all pet owners.
I searched all over southeast Ohio and northern WV for a veterinarian who would take care of my family's sick bunny. Dr. Essig was the only one with the expertise to help us. She and her staff were beyond kind and compassionate. I've been a physician for 21 years and would be proud to have colleagues who displayed the kind of compassion that Dr Essig showed. She is a credit to her profession and my family and I will be forever grateful for her kind and compassionate care and get expertise. I would recommend her to anyone and will never take our pets anywhere else now that I know about her.
