I was worried about flying Via Air due to the other reviews so I wanted to leave a comment about my experience. It was great. Flight in and out was on time and a great experience. Becky was our flight attendant and she was very pleasant to talk to and made us feel comfortable on our flight. Overall a great experience and I would recommend.
Via Air is the worst airline ever. I would suggest never to book a flight to and from this airport. I would hate for someone to go through what I have gone through with them.
VIA Air was obviously not properly vetted by the airport authority.They have already been kicked out of Clarksburg for not honoring their agreement. They should be kicked out of here as well. We still cannot book an interline flight to other carriers, as promised by airport management and VIA air. Was supposed to go in effect in April.
My best friend has been sitting in Charlotte all day her flight has been delayed twice already what is the point in having this airline and airport if you can't even keep a schedule this is the worst airline I have ever used, you people don't even give any compensation and you don't care that people are trying to get somewhere for a reason I mean why else would they be flying. You should be refunding monies or compensating your travelers with a discount you are basically useless there is no point in booking these flights from Charlotte to Parkersburg because you will never get here. This is bull and your stupid phone is always busy you people are the worst and I used to like flying with you but never again. You are terrible.!!!! I want to give 0 stars you don't even deserve 1
